Common questions
Do you run outdoor events in summer?
Yes, with cooling, shade and a shorter active programme, and we will say plainly when a timing or a site is not workable in UAE summer conditions rather than take the booking anyway.
How do you size the activities for the crowd?
We work from throughput: an activity that serves twenty people an hour cannot carry a thousand visitors. We plan enough parallel activities that the longest queue stays under fifteen minutes.
Can you provide supervision staff for children's areas?
Yes. Children's zones are staffed with supervisors at a defined ratio, with a written procedure for lost children agreed with the venue before opening.
