Event hospitality services in Dubai

Guests judge an event at the door, not on stage. Hospitality is where the queue is either moving or it is not, where a VIP is either expected or standing in the wrong line. We plan the arrival, brief the floor team on names and protocol, and keep service consistent from the first guest to the last.

Sequence

How it runs

  1. 01

    Brief

Guest numbers, arrival pattern, protocol requirements and the service style you want at each stage of the night.

  2. 02

    Plan

Staffing plan by position and hour, a floor map with every desk and station, and a written service standard for the team.

  3. 03

    Produce

Team briefing and uniform check before doors, then a floor supervisor who holds the standard for the whole event.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Guest departure, lost property, a headcount reconciliation and notes on what to change for the next edition.

  • Individual dessert cups arranged for guest service at an event.
  • Waiter in uniform carrying a tray of canapes between guests.
  • Event venue set with a large LED screen, a stage riser, an overhead lighting truss, lounge seating and banquet tables.

Questions

Common questions

  • Do you provide the food as well?

We provide hospitality staffing and front-of-house management, and we coordinate closely with the caterer. Food production and kitchen licensing sit with a licensed catering company, which we can source and manage for you.

  • How many hosts do we need?

It depends on arrival pattern more than headcount. Four hundred guests arriving across two hours needs far fewer desks than four hundred arriving in twenty minutes. Tell us the arrival window and we will size the team to it.

  • Are your staff bilingual?

Yes. We staff Arabic and English speakers on every event as standard, and we can add other languages when your guest list calls for it.
