Who we are
SEE Media Events is an events and media production business licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under trade licence 1653329 issued by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism.

What we collect
We collect only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, company or family name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, a preferred date, a budget range and your message.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card details, passport or Emirates ID numbers, or any other identity document through this website.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, if you go ahead, to deliver the event. That is the only purpose.
We do not sell your details, we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking, and we do not share your enquiry with suppliers unless it is necessary to quote your event, in which case we share only what that supplier needs.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies, and no third-party tracking scripts run on it. Because nothing is tracked, there is no consent banner to click through.
If tracking is added later, this policy will be updated, a separate cookie policy will be published and consent will be requested before any non-essential cookie is set.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to twelve months so we can pick up the conversation if you come back, then deleted.
Where we deliver an event, we keep the records required for accounting and tax purposes under UAE law.
Photography and filming
We do not publish photography or video from a client's event without that client's written permission. Where a family or organiser sets filming restrictions, those restrictions apply to our crew without exception.
The capabilities gallery combines licensed reference photography with selected Sahab Events portfolio images published with the common owner's permission. Portfolio images are labelled in the gallery and are not presented as SEE Media Events client projects.
