SEE Media Events is a Dubai-licensed events and media production company. Our trade licence covers six activities — event management, hospitality, weddings, parties and entertainment, event filming, and recreational services — which means one contract, one schedule and one team accountable for what happens on the day.
We work in Arabic and English, on the floor as well as on paper, for corporate, government, hospitality and private clients across the UAE.

This is the actual sequence we follow. Nothing moves to the next stage until you have signed off on the one before it.
Brief
Objective, audience, date and budget ceiling, agreed in one working session and written down.
Plan
Venue, suppliers, permits, technical plan and a schedule with named owners. You approve it before we book anything.
Produce
Load-in, build, rehearsal and crew briefing, all completed before the first guest reaches the door.
Deliver
Show, load-out, supplier sign-off, media delivery and a closing report against the approved budget.

Where do you operate?
We are based in Dubai and work across the United Arab Emirates. For events outside Dubai we plan travel, accommodation and any additional permits into the budget from the start rather than adding them later.
What size of event do you take on?
From a thirty-person executive dinner to a public event with several thousand visitors. What matters more than headcount is how complex the technical build is and how tight the load-in window is, and we will tell you if a timeline is not realistic.
Do you publish prices?
No, because a published price for an event is almost always wrong. Send us the date, the venue or area, the guest count and what you want to happen, and you get an itemised quotation instead of a range.
What do you need from us to start?
A date or a date range, an approximate guest count, the venue if one is booked, and a budget ceiling. That is enough for a first conversation and an honest answer on what is achievable.
Are you licensed in Dubai?
Yes. SEE Media Events holds trade licence 1653329 issued by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, covering all six services listed on this site. The licence number is printed in our footer and on every quotation.
Can you work with our existing agency or venue?
Yes. We regularly come in as the production and on-site delivery partner alongside a brand's own agency, or as the planner inside a venue that has its own rules and preferred suppliers.
